The tournament sadly didn’t have a full draw of 16 however the 10 competitors made it a strong draw with 5 players ranked inside the World’s top 20. 

All 4 seeds Darren Long, Lewis Williams, Robert Shenkman and Levi Gale made it through to Sunday's Semi-Finals with Levi having the toughest Quarter-Final match versus returning favourite Craig Greenhalgh eventually coming through 6/2 1/6 6/1.

Finals day saw every match going the distance. Levi Gale managed to turn his Semi-Final around versus Lewis Williams after losing the first set eventually winning 1/6 6/2 6/4. The other Semi-Final saw an all-Manchester affair between Darren Long and Robert Shenkman. In form, Robert Shenkman came out on top of a hard-fought contest 6/5 4/6 6/1. The FINAL was just as heavily contested with Robert Shenkman beating Levi Gale 6/1 4/6 6/1 and defending his Championship.

On Saturday we had a Pro-Am and dinner at the club. Congratulations to our winning Amateur Tony Lawton who won on count back in a tight group event. Our Chef, Gareth and his wife Shelly provided everyone with great food and hospitality not only on the Saturday night but all weekend.
