The Under 21/Under24 Championships 2023 took place on 17-20 December at The Queen's Club.
Under 21 Singles Final: James Rossiter bt Magnus Garson 15/7 15/8 3/15 15/13

Christopher Green Cup
James Rossiter and Magnus Garson largely dominated the Under 21 Singles and inevitably met in an exciting final. James’ experience at Queen’s showed and he established the early advantage, leading two love. But Magnus rallied in the third and dominated the game to reduce the deficit. The fourth an dfinal game was tight but it was James who came through 15/13 and become the Under 21 Champion. Good performances from Tarquin Sotir and Will Pike to reach the semi-finals.
Leonard Cup
Will Pike and Finn Kirkland reached the Under 21 Doubles final against Magnus Garson and Jonty Duncan, creating a Tonbridge vs Radley clash. Radley took the first two very tight games, but the Tonbridge pair responded to take the next two convincingly, and level two-all. With the benefit of the momentum, it was Will and Finn who continued their revival, capturing the final game, 15/9, and finished as the Under 21 Doubles champions.
Swallow Trophy
Freddie Bristowe dominated the Under 24 Singles, although dropped a game against Tarquin Sotir in the quarter-final, before breezing past James Rossiter in the semi-final. The bottom half of the draw was closer, with Theo Taylor surviving a match point against the powerful Dominic Coulson in an exciting semi-final. But a bridge too far for Theo, as Freddie dominated the final to become the Under 24 Singles champion.
Sutton Trophy
Freddie Bristowe teamed up with Hugo Pennant for the Under 24 Doubles and proved to be the pair to beat, reaching the final without dropping a game. Under 21 Champion, James Rossiter, paired with George Livesey to create a St Paul’s challenge and again reached the final unscathed. After a tight first game reached 14-all, and saw Freddie and Hugo win the set to three, they just stayed ahead in the second and then swept through the third and final game to take the Under 24 Doubles title.
Great work by Max Dymoke, as tournament organiser, and Howard Angus who marked and presented the prizes, with a few choice words.
