US Ladies Open Championships

US Ladies Open� NOVEMBER 12-15, 2009

STARTING DATE:�� The tournament will begin on Thursday, November 12th with the finals on Sunday, November 15th. Depending upon the size of the draw, all players should be ready to play at 9:00 am on Thursday.

FORMAT: This is a singles and doubles open event, single elimination with a consolation round for the singles. If time permits, there will be a doubles consolation. The main draw will best 2 out of 3 set matches, deuce/ad scoring.
�
ELIGIBILITY: Amateur and professional female players who are members in good standing of their respective national governing bodies.
�
DEFAULT TIME: Due to the expected large field, there will be a fifteen-minute default time.
�
ENTRY FEE: $140 per person for one event, additional $35 for the second event.
�
SOCIAL EVENT: There will be a cocktail party for all participants on Friday evening, at the club, spouses and guests are welcome. There will be a dinner on Saturday evening, spouses and guests are welcome at an additional charge of $40 per person.�
�
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received by Tuesday, November� 3rd. The draw will be posted on November 10th at www.uscourttennis.org
�
ACCOMMODATIONS: �All overseas players will be housed.
