The Lights of Ladakh by RMTC professional Kate Leeming
The Lights of Ladakh is 50-minute film about (RMTC professional) Kate Leeming's Breaking the Cycle in Ladakh expedition – a 1200km cycle over some of the world’s highest mountain passes and a journey to bring light and education to 1100 year-old Ralakung village, the oldest and most remote village in the Zanskar region of the Indian Himalaya.
The expedition is a great example of how exploration and adventure cycling can be harnessed to support people and the planet. The story is dedicated to Kate's father, Ted, who passed away suddenly a week before she embarked on what was to become a very spiritual, personal journey.
The Lights of Ladakh will premiere next Thursday 23rd September, packaged together with a pre-recorded interview and four short bonus videos showcasing what's up next for Kate. It will be streaming worldwide until 8th October.
