Leamington is looking for a Head Professional
Leamington Tennis Court Club is looking to recruit a Head Professional to work with our Assistant Pro.
LTCC has recently reorganised the “non-tennis” section of the club to good effect and also enjoys an extremely busy court with a full schedule of matches and tournaments throughout the year – we are a busy club that has benefitted from the supreme organisational and social skills of our current Professionals.
We require a Head Professional that can sustain the growth we have achieved to date whilst driving the enthusiasm Ben and Chris have developed over the years. This will involve working a number weekends and evenings each year.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a Level 2 professional (preferably IiP Level 2*), perhaps currently working as a senior assistant or head professional.
An ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work with our Assistant Pro, Chef and various member contacts to maintain the smooth day to day running of the club.
- Organise a number of significant tournaments throughout the year that attract large entries.
- Maintain high standards of coaching and ball making as well as maintaining day-to-day oversight of the court .
The committee currently proposes a self-employed package which will incentivise individuals that can maintain and improve the levels of court utilisation and is truly ambitious to improve the average playing ability of the membership.
We are looking for key attributes such as strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and organisation.
